Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #59

This week has been perfect for crafting- sick children and winter weather have meant a lot of time indoors!

Sketch 59# was great as usual to get the creative gears going.

The flower in the sketch reminded me of a sun stamp I had, and from there the card was easy to put together.

I had to flip the sketch so that the hedgehog was looking at the sun- isn't he cute? I created the background by sponging different colours directly onto the cardstock.

Thanks for stopping by today, I would love to see your recent card and scrapbook creations!

CTMH supplies used:
Cardstock: White Daisy, Sunset
Ink: Desert Sand, Honey, Goldrush, Sunset
Stamp set: You Are My Happy
Embellishments: Gold Polka Dot Washi Tape
Tools: Tombow Adhesive

  2. Super fun! I loved the 3 D sized Stamp set, and isn't it funny how I used a sentiment from this stamp set too! LOL!

  3. What a cute card! Though I don't know how you get anything done with sick kidos. When my kids are sick they get very clingy and I can only daydream of the scrapbooking stuff I want to do. lol
