Everything ABCs Blog Hop- M

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop!

For this hop we will be featuring the letter M. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their M element will be featured in their post.

If you have just hopped onto my blog, please start at the beginning at Linda's blog ~ Scrappy Therapy.

If you came from Marloes Aysnely - PapercraftswithMarloes then you're on the right track!

For my "M" project, I used the Magician's Choice Layout from the Magic How-To Program. This book has lots of ideas for interactive pages, hidden journalling and ways to add more photos to a page.

Here is the double page layout from my son's birthday party.

(The small washi tape pieces were just to hold the panel shut)

Close up of the left hand side.

And now the close up of the right hand side. You will notice the party pics square.

This folds out into a mini accordion album with extra journalling and photos.

I also loved using the Dimensional Elements- I stamped them to create the title.

The full instructions for this mini album page, as well as cutting instructions for the pages protectors so that the album sits on top of the page protectors, is available in the Magic book.

Your next stop on our Everything ABC'S blog Hop is Tracey Pierce - Papercrafting Princess.

In case you get lost along the way…go to Scrappy Therapy for a complete list of participants!

  1. The dimensional elements are perfect for this layout. I think Magic is my favorite "how to" book - I haven't used it much but love the interaction of the layouts it features.

  2. That is a great way to have a clean looking birthday layout and yet include the picture you want and journaling too!
