Everything ABCs Blog Hop- R

If you are looking for my #30yearsofhappy blog hop post, please click here.

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop!

For this hop we will be featuring the letter R. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their R element will be featured in their post.

If you have just hopped onto my blog, please start at the beginning at Linda's blog ~ Scrappy Therapy.

If you came from Jenny Gilbert - Jen's Creative Classroom then you're on the right track!

For my R, I focused on the Red Magnetic Chalkboard. This is a great home decor item that can easily be jazzed up. I use it to write down my menu plan each week, which helps to remind me what needs taken out of the freezer!

When I first got the Red Magnetic Chalkboard, I was happy just to write the weekly meal plan on it.

Then I decided it needed some embellishments, so I made a banner along the top with our Dimensionals and a stamp set, strung together with some baker's twine.

I also put a row of apples down the bottom, cut with the Cricut.

A fun, fully original menu chalkboard that I love!

It now has a place of honour on the kitchen bench, right next to the fridge.
