Urban Layout- Love My Boys

Welcome to the Australasian Blog Hop featuring the wonderful Urban paper packet!

If you have arrived here from Denise's Blog, Scrap Stamp Share then you are in the right place. If you landed here by accident, no problem, please join in by following the link at the end of this post.

The Urban papers are perfect for masculine projects, from little boys to grown men. I decided to share a layout today featuring a photo I absolutely love of my two boys holding hands as we walked home from the supermarket.

I used the Urban Paper Packet and coordinating cardstock, as well as the Urban Assortment and Urban Complements.

The metal sheet paper strip looks so realistic, and I also used one of the Zip Strips. The complements work so well with these papers!

The stars and arrow are also Urban Complements, and the cardstock I used was Peacock and Slate. The journalling lines were stamped in Black Ink using the November SOTM. The journal box reads; "On the way home from the supermarket the two of you held hands and had a great chat together. I love these sweet moments you share."

The arrow from the Urban Complements was another perfect embellishment with the dovetailed strips and arrow motif in the paper background, and I had to include the Urban Assortment of the walking man!

Finally, I created the title using the Artistry Cricut cartridge cut from Peacock Cardstock. I think it sums up the photos perfectly and I am so glad that I captured this moment between my two boys.

I'd love you to leave a comment before heading off to the next stop, Katrina Gabriel's blog- All things Papercrafty.
