Washi-ing you a Merry Christmas!

I know it is only April, but I have a very meager stash of Christmas cards and so it is always a good idea to play along with Merry Monday to get my Christmas cards sent out. I am also playing along with a colour challenge, sketch challenge and a washi challenge!

Here is my finished card, made using some mini Christmas tree tags. I added washi behind one of the trees, and stamped a sentiment in New England Ivy on some patterned Pear paper.

The green triangles added a little bit of bling, but I wanted to keep this card simple to make the sentiment and washi tree stand out.

I am now back into a Christmas card mood, and so I look forward to creating some more cards with a Christmas theme in the coming weeks!

  9. A very pretty green Christmas Card. I joined a couple Christmas challenges each year and thought what a great idea, I'm going to start from January...guess what, only one card made in 3 months. Thanks for the inspiration to get back into it. Thanks for sharing with Color Dare and hope you join us again next week, they might be a great color combination for another Christmas card.
