I used some cardstock that was subtly embossed with the words it's a boy and stars, and added a pram sticker. I then stamped the sentiment onto blue cardstock with Chocolate ink, and added a doily. I popped the sentiment up with foam tape to make it stand out a bit. Some white enamel stars were my finishing touch to complete the card.
