Today I would like to share with you a modified waterfall card that features the July Stamp of the Month Life Is Wonderful, available exclusively throughout July for $33 or for just $5 when you spend $75.
Since this stamp set is bigger than a traditional 2x2 Waterfall card, I have tried to post step-by-step instructions and measurements, but please feel free to ask if there is anything that is not clear.
Adhere your patterned paper to the coloured cardstock, and stamp and embellish each small neutral card as desired.
Fold the large piece of light cardstock in half. Attach the 2.5x6 piece of cardstock towards the bottom of the card with brads- you do not want any glue or adhesive in the middle.
Taking your 12x4 piece of cardstock, score at 3, 3.75, 4.5 and 5.25 inches. Slip this piece through the other piece of dark carstock on the front of your card, with the scores folding towards you.
Adhere your decorated pieces of cardstock to each score line, creating four panels in a waterfall design. Start with your last piece on the bottom score line and work your way upwards. Adhere the bottom panel fully to the brad strip, but each remaining piece must only be adhered along the top across the score line.
Round the edges of your panel and attach a ribbon to pull down, creating a waterfall effect.
As you pull the ribbon down, each panel will be revealed!
As you pull the ribbon down, each panel will be revealed!
You can write a message on the pull down panel or add any additional elements.
This stamp set is only available until 31st July from your CTMH consultant. I'd love you to leave a comment before heading off to the next stop, Simone's Blog Scrappy Matters.
