Today I would like to share with you a creation which features Close To My Heart’s February Featured collection, Sawyer. Isn't it pretty?
I was totally inspired by Melinda's beautiful herringbone card, and decided to put a Sawyer spin on it!
I have completed the Sawyer Scrapbooking Workshop Kit and so I used my leftover scraps to make this card- I hate throwing away all my leftover bits and pieces so this is a great way to use them up!
I used 3/4 inch Sawyer Paper Packet strips and placed them on the card, then added some Harbour Glitter Paper, one of the workshop floral die cuts, the bow from the Sawyer Die Cut and Pearl Embellishments.
The sentiment was stamped in Harbour Ink on Peach Cardstock. The frame is from the February Stamp of the Month, Here's The Story, which is perfect for framing any sentiment you want!
I absolutely love the dreamy florals and pastels of this kit, and even though i have boys i cannot wait to show you some more things I have created with this kit. I've even been able to put a golf spin on some of my pages using this paper so make sure you come back and check out my blog later on for more ideas!

Such a pretty card Lauren. The papers remind me of fabrics so your patchwork look is perfect.
ReplyDeleteLovely card, what a great way to show off the different papers.
