Treat Tube Christmas Trees

I always seem to need small gifts on hand at Christmas for neighbours, friends, teachers and other day-to-day interactions during December. The CTMH Treat Tubes are great for small gift-giving, but I wanted to theme theme for Christmas.

I made up a bunch of Christmas Trees with red and green M&Ms inside to always have a little sweet treat for those unexpected moments!

Take six different strips of patterned paper, each 1' x 3 3/4". Cut each strip about 1/4 inch in at different intervals, so that the cuts are random.

Wrap each strip around the treat tube, securing with adhesive and a glue dot at the end.

Keep going until each strip is secured around the tube. make sure each strip finishes at the same place so that the seams join up.

Embellish as desired- here I have added a bit of silver glitter trim and a fabric poinsettia to the top.

There you have it- a cute Christmas Tree ready to be filled with treats!

  1. These are adorable. I love the ruby striped paper. It make it look like there's motion and these are "dancing".
