S1610 Yuletide Joy Australasian Blog Hop
Hello and welcome aboard our Australasian CTMH Stamp of the Month Blog Hop.
If you have arrived here from Shaunna's Blog then you are in the right place.
If you landed here by accident, no problem, please join in by following the link at the end of this post.
Today I would like to share with you a creation which features Close To My Heart’s October Stamp of the Month, Yuletide Joy.
For my card, I used a Colonial White card base and added some Fern cardstock. I then used strips of Gold Polka Dot Washi, Green Shimmer Trim and a piece of paper from the Rustic Home Fundamentals Paper Packet to create the background of my card. I stamped the sentiment in Fern ink and then stamped and fussy cut the present in Fern ink and adhered it to the card with 3D Foam Tape.
I then decided to recreate the card using Ruby cardstock, Ruby ink and Red Shimmer Trim as well as the bell and a different sentiment from the October Stamp of the Month.
This shows how easily you can put together Christmas cards, making small tweaks each time, to create different looks with the same base idea.
I would love to know if you prefer the Fern or the Ruby card best!
This exclusive stamp set is only available during October. It can be yours for just $7.50 with a qualifying order of $75 or for $30.50 if ordered separately from your CTMH consultant.
I'd love you to leave a comment before heading off to the next stop, Maz.

I love the simplicity of these cards - I could easily picture myself creating lots of these in both colour ways for all the Christmas Cards I need to make. I like the Fern but the Ruby does pop out at you - I can't decide!
ReplyDeleteSuch pretty cards Lauren. Great for mass production!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE these cards so much. They are calming and beautiful. I like both of them, don't make me choose!
