Australasian Stamp of the Month Blog Hop- Everyday Magic

Hello and welcome aboard our Australasian Close to My Heart Blog Hop.

If you have arrived here from Doris then you are in the right place.

If you landed here by accident, no problem, please join in by following the link at the end of this post.

Today I would like to share with you a creation which features Close To My Heart’s January Stamp of the Month, Everyday Magic. Aren't the sentiments just gorgeous!

Everyday Magic—January Stamp of the Month

I knew I had to do my favourite sunburst technique for this layout- I have made a little memo square that I will laminate and keep on my pinboard at work.

This technique is really fun to do- just cut different rectangles, then cut them in half diagonally and layer! I used rectangles that were 1.5- 2.5 to 1.5-4 inches to get different lengths and used a variety of yellow and orange patterned paper and cardstock to create a radiant sunburst around the sentiment.

I also added some gold glitter gems to add to the radiant theme- and stamped the sentiment in Nectarine ink as it is my favourite orange!

I'd love you to leave a comment before continuing onto Maz' Blog.
