Today I am participating in the CTMH blog boosters new product blog hop.
One of my favourite new items is the Jubilee WOTG. When I saw it I immediately fell in love- anything gingham and animals gets a big tick in my book!
My sister recently had her hen's night (or bachelorette party) and we had a Cowgirl Up theme. It was so much fun and I think that the Jubilee papers and accessories really let the photos shine through, but help to accentuate the country and western theme.
I did a two page layout based on the WOTG instructions, changing the paper used and adding more photos and embellishments. The thing I love about these Workshop On The Go kits is that you can change up the instructions to suit your needs, but you also have a great guide- it is like a mini ideas book.
The left page showcases from the photos from our afternoon activities.
On the right I have some photos of our dinner out.
I plan to do a separate page for the Scavenger Hunt part of the evening, which was a "Search For The Sheriff" that led us from the afternoon activities to the restaurant following a series of Western themed clues.
This layout had lots of fussy cutting- I fussy cut the title (stamped in Cocoa with the Urban Alphabet stamp set) and he yellow doilies from the paper packet. I enjoyed adding the new wooden trinkets, gold washi tape and durables triangle studs.
And how cute are these badge buttons!
I am rather partial to these buttons and the washi tape.I cut the journaling box using the Cricut.
The Jubilee WOTG would be great for western, farm, summertime or BBQ layouts. Thank you for taking the time to look at what I have created today- I would love to hear what you think of the layout.
