Welcome to our Technique Blog Hop! This month there are 14 of us highlighting the Love of Color Book from CTMH. This blog hop is a great big circle so you can start wherever you want and continue through to see all the fabulous artwork incorporating this book, which gives great guidelines on which colours to use together in your projects.
If you are coming from Shirley's Blog, you are on the right track!
Today decided to showcase the same card but using two different colour combinations from the Love of Color idea book from Close To My Heart. It started with a leftover scrap of Glacier coloured paper from the Oh What Fun Paper Packet, and so I turned to the Glacier page in the Love of Color book to see which colours were suggested to use with it.
The first card uses the suggested combination of Glacier, Sugarplum, Ballerina, Sage and Pewter.
The second card is exactly the same but uses a different suggested colour scheme of Glacier, Peacock, Heather and Linen.
I'd love to know which colour combo you like the most?
Thanks for stopping by! Please continue onto Tamara's Blog where you will find some additional artwork highlighting this technique! Be sure to leave a comment and let me know what you thought of my variation and happy hopping!
