November SOTM Worldwide Blog Hop

Welcome to our Stamp of the Month Blog Hop!  We will be featuring November's SOTM, which is Cheers, 2016!, a set of 17 stamps.  If you have come here from Gina's Blog, you are on the right path! The blog hop is a great big circle, so you can start here and work your way all around.  If you get lost along the way, you’ll find the complete list of participating consultants on Melinda’s Blog.

This month we have over 30 Close To My Heart Consultants sharing their creations using this month's SOTM and other great CTMH products on their blogs. This is simple to do - just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one! Here we go!

I started off planning a top 10 layout for the year, but I had so many photos that stood out- they may not have warranted a full scrapbook layout each or they may have been ones that didn't make the final cut on a layout, but they still showed how our 2014 progressed. I ended up playing with paper scraps and worked out a 2x2 heart pattern. I then printed all of the photos as 25 2x2 sized squares, and arranged them into a heart shape.

I used the SOTM for the title and journal lines, creating my own title by mixing up the different sentiments and the star stamp.

I wanted the photos to be the main feature on the page so I just added a few red heart enamel dots and a black scallop edged border to the top of the layout.

The end result is a fun overview of photos that have made me smile throughout the year, and it is a great way to finish off a yearly album.

Now "Hop" on over to Alyson's Blog to see her work! Be sure to visit all the Consultants at their Blogs to get some great crafting ideas and other fun ideas! Remember, the November SOTM is only available until 30th November!  Contact your CTMH Consultant (or click here) to see how you can get this stamp set at a discount!
