You're Roarsome!

I am having so much fun creating with the March Stamp of the Month- You're The G.O.A.T. featuring lots of cute animals and punny sentiments.

My nephew is having a birthday soon and loves lions, so this stamp was perfect for this card. I stamped the lion in Sundance Ink on Nectarine Cardstock and then used some orange checked paper as well.

I embellished this simply using Gold Shimmer Trim and Gold Glitter Gems.

Thanks for stopping by today- I am linking up with Craft Rocket Challenge- Use An Animal so make sure to check out all the other fun animal themed projects!

Noel Christmas Card

I'm well and truly into Christmas card making mode, and I am loving the is The Season Paper Packet for all of my backgrounds.

I've been trying to use challenges for inspiration, and so this week I made a card based on the following challenges:

Craft Rocket- Christmas is Coming
Happy Little Stampers- Anything Goes With Dies
Double Trouble- Christmas with Tic-Tac-Tuesday

I chose the bottom Tic-Tac-Tuesday line and went with stamping, red and plaid plus I used a die and made a Christmas themed card.

The Noel sentiment is die cut from my Cricut machine, and I stamped the holly leaves and fussy cut, then added the berries directly onto the cardstock.

This card was then blinged up a bit, and now it is ready for sending!

Products used:
Cardstock: Candy Apple, White Daisy
Cricut Collection: Season of Joy
Embellishments: Grey Gems
Ink: Candy Apple, New England Ivy
Paper Packet: 'Tis The Season
Stamp set: Christmas Countdown

A Hedgehog Hello

I've rediscovered my love for embossing powders this week, and it's been awesome to have some time in my craft room to play with all the pretty new paper packets!

This cute little hedgehog sticker caught my eye and I wanted to use him on a card. I also wanted to try out my new leaf frame stamp set so this card came together in my head really easily.

I used gold embossing powder to do the leaf frame, and then kept it really simple with just the hedgehog as the sentiment and some more of the patterned paper in a dovetailed strip. The only embellishment was some green triangles that I added for dimension.

I'm linking this card up with a few themed challenges today:
Use Your Stuff Forest Frolic
Craft Rocket Autumn
The Paper Players Tic-Tac-Toe challenge (leaves, patterned paper, green, embossing and glitter)
