For my G, I decided to use the Good Life Complements. I love how bright and sparkly these are!

I paired the Good Life Complements with paper from the Some Kinds Wonderful Paper Packet as well as the Adventure Fundamentals.

Look at these gorgeous embellishments! The title stickers, glitter arrow, gold stars and washi strips are all from the Good Life Complements and make decorating a page so easy!

F is for Friends

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop!

For this hop we will be featuring the letter F. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their F element will be featured in their post.

If you came from Darlys  then you're on the right track!

For this letter, I decided to feature the Happy To Be Friends stamp set, as I wanted to make some cards to give to my friends as a thank you for all that they do for me.

I started off by choosing my colour scheme of Colonial White, Ruby and Peacock.

I firstly stamped my sentiment in Black ink using the Happy To Be Friends stamp set. Then I added the larger flower cluster to the left hand side using Ruby ink.

I repeated the large flower cluster in Peacock ink. I played with different placement on both cards so that they wouldn't be exactly the same.

I then filled in most of the gaps using the smaller single flower and Fern ink.

As my finishing touch to the floral border, I added some of the Gold Glitter Gems in varying sizes.

I matted my stamped panel onto the Ruby and Peacock cardstock.

And here are the finished cards, placed on a Colonial White card base and ready to give to my friends!

Z is for Zoom

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop!

For this hop we will be featuring the letter Z. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their Z element will be featured in their post.

If you came from Darlys then you're on the right track!

My Z is for Zoom, which was the basis of this scrapbook layout featuring my husband in a six hour cycling event.

I was originally inspired from the Zip Strip of the Jeepers Creepers Paper Packet, and so I incorporated the colours into my layout. It features the new colours of Tangerine and Willow. I cut the title on my Cricut and added some embellishments from retired collections as well as some Grey Enamel Gems.

W is for Westlake

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop!

For this hop we will be featuring the letter W. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their W element will be featured in their post.

If you came from Catherine then you're on the right track!

For my W, I decided to do a layout of Westlake, our local park that currently has some beautiful swans residing in the lake.

Unfortunately, every time we go there I have forgotten to take photos recently, but I have the layout ready to go for when we next head there with the camera!

I had to use the Swan Lake paper, which also had some fabulous PML cards that I used for the journal boxes and decoration. The Westlake title (cut from the Cricut) background even has teeny swans on it!

V is for Very Merry

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop!

For this hop we will be featuring the letter V. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their V element will be featured in their post.

If you came from Catherine then you're on the right track!

I am using the Very Merry stamp set for my project today, which I am also pairing with the current Merry Monday challenge.

I cut some green plaid paper from my stash into four strips, and placed them on my card. I then added some Cranberry glitter stars and shimmer trim.

The scallop was cut from my Cricut using Topiary and Cranberry cardstock, and I stamped 'Joy' using White Daisy Pigment Ink, which I then set using clear embossing powder.

S is for Spotlight Stamping

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop!

For this hop we will be featuring the letter S. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their S element will be featured in their post.

If you came from Darlys then you're on the right track!

I chose to focus on the Spotlight Stamping Technique- a fun look that is a lot easier than I thought!
I started off by placing two strips of black cardstock down each side of a card base. I then placed a white strip of watercolour paper over this, and only adhered lightly as I will be removing it later.

Using White Daisy pigment ink, I started stamping the branches from the September SOTM, Blessed Beyond Measure, down the sides of the black cardstock.

I then took the watercolour piece off and stamped the same image in black ink. The white daisy was able to be stamped over by Archival Black ink for lining up, and I filled in the gaps with extra stamped leaves.

I then set to work watercolouring the leaves on the strip of watercolour paper.

And here is the finished card, with the leaves lined up and a sentiment added!

R is for Ribbon

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop!

For this hop we will be featuring the letter R. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their R element will be featured in their post.

If you came from Darlys then you're on the right track!

I decided to feature the new Whimsy Ribbon Pack on my scrapbook page, as I have seen some beautiful cards using ribbon but struggle with it on my layouts.

Here is a layout I have created using the new Flower Market Cricut cartridge along with the ribbon.

The title was cut in Peacock and Glacier cardstock, and I used Pear Cardstock for the photo mats.

This is the gorgeous mason jar and flower bouquet I cut with the cartridge images using Pear and Peacock cardstock plus Calypso paper for the flowers, and a Glacier cardstock jar. I added some of the Whimsy Ribbon around the jar for a 3D look and to add more interest.

I also placed strips of ribbon across the photo mats, and stamped a journal box in Peacock ink using the Capture This stamp set. I also added some hearts and scallop lines using Pear ink and the same stamp set.

I have shared the complete cut file available to you here if you have the Flower Market Cricut Cartridge.

Q is for Quick

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop!

For this hop we will be featuring the letter Q. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their Q element will be featured in their post.

If you came from Darlys then you're on the right track!

I have been teaching my son about palindromes (words that are spelt the same both forwards and backwards) and I mentioned to him that 'racecar' is one such word. He then got out my new Racecar Birthday stamp set, and I had a eureka moment. Racecars are quick, hence the inspiration for the project for this hop!

I stamped and fussy cut the racecar, then adhered it onto a stamped background (the arrows are from the World Traveller stamp set) that used Crystal Blue, Pacifica and Twilight ink. I ran some Slate cardstock through the Chevron embossing folder for the background, and added in some teal shimmer paper and an arrow puffy from the Jackson embellishments.

P is for Paper Flowers

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop!

For this hop we will be featuring the letter P. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their P element will be featured in their post.

If you came from Darlys then you're on the right track!

For my P, I chose to use up some of the stash of Paper Flowers I had in my craft box. Most crafters have a stash of these, and I struggle to use them on my layouts. I have come up with three cards that use the Paper Flowers so that I can start destashing them!

This first card has three layers of flowers held together with a button, which I placed in the centre of an embossed piece of cardstock. I used the diffuser to create a blank space where the flower sits, so that it is not competing with the raised dots.

This second card also uses three layers of paper flowers, held together with an antique brad. I added some Bronze Shimmer trim and a stamped sentiment to finish the card.

Lastly. I experientwed with stamping directly onto a paper flower. I added some stamped leaves to create a layered look, and doodled around the edges of some cardstock.

Now I have three cards using Paper Flowers, which will be easy to recreate with different paper packets and sentiments.

O is for Originals Card Confidence Program

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop!

For this hop we will be featuring the letter O. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their O element will be featured in their post.

If you came from Darlys then you're on the right track!

For my O inspiration, I looked towards my trusty Originals Card Confidence Program. This is a great idea book for card sketches, and always gets my creative juices flowing.

I created three cards based on sketches in the book.

The first one is called First Impressions, and required two images at the top and then a long strip up the bottom of the card. I made one of the top squares into a jar image, and added the sentiment to one of these. The strip of paper was then enhanced by gold sequins.

The second one, called A Heartfelt Classic, allows a larger image or sentiment to shine. I used a bunch of flowers as my main focal image and added some watercolour paint and Glacier twine.

Lastly, this Lucky Three sketch helps to anchor a tall and thin image such as a flower, Christmas tree, or this adorable bird! The only extra thing I added to this was a large sentiment.

These cards were all so easy to put together as I simply used the cutting guides in the book and then added my own twist on each card. There are so many possibilities in this book, and other card sizes as well as the standard 4.25 x 5.5.

N is for Notebook

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop!

For this hop we will be featuring the letter N. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their N element will be featured in their post.

If you came from Darlys then you're on the right track!

For my N project, I decided to make a quick Notebook for jotting down my ideas. Quite often if I am scrapping at my desk I get an idea for another project and I have to go hunting for a pen and paper, so this should help!

I cut the Card & Envelope #M40725 images from the Artiste cartridge, adding extra pages. This was a great cut as it even added the holes at the top! The base was cut from the Magical Paper Packet.

I stamped the Notes and Arrows in Black Archival Ink from the July Stamp of the Month, From The Notebook.

I then simply tied the pages to the base of the notepad using the White Twine.

This was such a quick and easy project, and would be perfect for party favours or teacher gifts.

M is for Mini Album

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop!

For this hop we will be featuring the letter M. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their M element will be featured in their post.

If you came from Catherine then you're on the right track!

I have done a lot of Mini Albums before, such as this one, one for my boys, a goal album and one to celebrate my wedding anniversary.

This Mini Album is the quickest of the bunch, and only requires three items- PML cards, washi tape and a journalling pen.

The front of the album uses a title PML card, hinting at what is inside. I made this card to document some of my nephew's antics for his birthday, so the title is very apt!

Inside, I have added some more of the Later Sk8r PML cards with different sentiments and quotes that relate to my nephew's life so far.

The PML cards also have journal lines on them, which make it so easy to write in a memory or event details to go with some small 2x2 photos within the album.

Each page is simply held together with a strip of washi tape, making this the perfect little album with limited resources. This album would be great for a kid's class!
