Welcome to our Stampaganza Blog Hop!  We will be featuring July's special- Stampaganza!

If you have come here from Vickie's Blog, you are on the right path! The blog hop is a great big circle, so you can start here and work your way all around.  If you get lost along the way, you’ll find the complete list of participating consultants on Melinda’s Blog.

I love using stamps to make a fun watercolour background pop- it's a very quick and effective way of making an eye catching colourful card!

For this first card, I used blues, greens and browns to create a feel of dirt, grass and sky. I then stamped three houses from the Central Park Cardmaking Stamp Set in Toffee ink and added a glitter heart to the stamped sentiment.

he second car uses exactly the same concept but I used Eggplant ink and the Documented Cardmaking Stamp Set to create a floral friendship card.

Now "Hop" on over to Gina's Blog to see her work! Be sure to visit all the Consultants at their Blogs to get some great crafting ideas and other fun ideas! Remember, the July Stampaganza special is only available until 31st July!  Contact your CTMH Consultant (or click here) to see how you can get this stamp set at a discount!

A rainbow reminder

So many of my friends are going through difficult times at the moments, and I wanted to remind them not to give up.

Since we have the Create The Rainbow special on this month, I decided to create my own rainbow card using a rainbow die-cut and some of the beautiful coloured cardstocks.

I layered up each colour of cardstock to create a beautiful rainbow, and added some stamped rain to the bottom of each cloud.

I tried to get a rainbow effect with the sentiment by stamping in three different inks- I think it turned out rather cute!

I'm linking this card up with the Addicted to CAS and Happy Little Stampers challenges this week.

Dad is Rad Workshop Kit

Have you seen the amazing Father's Day themed special Dad is Rad that is available until the end of this month?

I absolutely love the stamp set that goes with it too, and I have had lots of fun creating with it this month.

The kit is for Father's Day, but I actually used the double page layout to document my Dad's birthday.

I love the muted colours with pops of blue in this layout, perfect for any masculine event.

I've changed up the original layout a bit to suit my photos, and I am entering this layout in the Sweet Stampin' Challenge this week as well as the Heart2Heart Challenge Blog.

How gorgeous is this sentiment from the stamp set? The argyle strip is also stamped from the same set- such a versatile pattern.

The gold glitter touches, the ripped cardstock and the cute bow tie paper clips make this layout so shiny and happy! Instructions can be downloaded from the Close To My heart website if you would like to create this layout yourself.

But this kit is not just for males- I have created a layout here showcasing me and two of my good friends ready for a night on the town.

Once again I added some bling with the gold glitter paper included in the kit, but used the Documented Cardmaking stamp set for the sentiment as it sums us up perfectly! I also added some stamped flowers to girly the layout up a bit.

I've still used the argyle stamp set and the bow paper clips for this layout as per the original instructions.

The kit also comes with instructions to create four cards- this one is my absolute favourite!

This one is a great card for any occasion, not just Father's Day.

If you'd like more information about this special or if you would like to order the kit or stamp set, please click here. Remember, the Dad is Rad kit and stamp set are only available until the 31st June.

Taste The Rainbow!

Have you seen the amazing rainbow themed offers this month? They have inspired me to create some of my own rainbow creations using the featured products.

The Three Amigos challenge was to create a project using at least one die cut, which also happened to be an option for the Double Trouble challenge, as well as not using patterned paper and linking back to the Three Amigos hop. I also was inspired this week by the Just Add Ink challenge of splatters and spots.

There is a nearby cafe in our area selling Freak Shakes, which are epic milkshakes loaded with lollies, colours and ice-cream. Naturally, my eight year old chose this as his school holiday reward during our mother son date, and I had to create a layout to showcase the epic treat.

I used a sunburst layout and cut it using my Cricut machine, and then layered different coloured cardstock underneath each negative piece.

I added a little bit of extra interest with some ink splatters, gold glitter spots and star stickers, and I also kept the journal space relatively simple as I wanted the starburst and the photos to be the main focus of my layout.

Stay tuned for more rainbow themed projects this month- I have so many to share with you!

Last chance for Postcard Perfect!

Cocktails, sunshine, palm trees- I'm dreaming about a tropical holiday and the Postcard Perfect range is the perfect way to scrap those memories! You can purchase the whole bundle here (as pictured below) or purchase the items individually.

The Cut Above Layout kit is fabulous for quickly putting together pages. I especially love the yellow circle layout, which is perfect for holiday or summer memories.

I've made this layout in anticipation of my trip to Fiji, using the beautiful tropical palm print paper as an accent and pairing it with the complementing cardstock.

This layout reminds me of a beach vacation and I love all the accents you can use with this paper packet as there are some cut out accent sheets that come in the paper packet. I also used the optional stamp set to create the title.

Look at this adorable camera!

The bright colours are beautiful for sharing memories, and I love the combination of the Peacock paired with pink and mint.

These items are only available until the end of May- you can grab your Postcard Perfect items here!

I love the Paper Packet and Stamp Set for this May special- aren't they gorgeous!

I created this layout of two of my nieces with squares cut from the paper packet and placed behind the photo mat to form a triangle.

The black and white papers pair beautifully with black and white photos, and the gorgeous soft floral is perfect for my sweet nieces.

I stamped the flower and leaves from the matching stamp set in the same colour of ink as cardstock and layered it at the end of the sentiment. Some Black and White Dots finished the layout off with some extra bling.

These exclusive Live Beautifully items are only available during May. Contact your CTMH consultant to place an order.

Featured Products Blog Hop- Live Beautifully

Hello and welcome to our CTMH Featured Products Blog Hop. This week our featured product is the Live Beautifully Paper Packet, which is the Constant Campaign Special for May.

If you have just joined us you can start here and continue on, as this is a circular hop or if you get lost along the way you can find the complete list at the end of this post.   If you came here from Annette you are in the right place. Now on to my project:

Mother's Day is coming up soon here in New Zealand and so I wanted to make a quick card that could be easily replicated with different colours and papers. I saw a stunning card on Rachel Stribling's Instagram page and she kindly let me CAS it using the Simply Beautiful Paper Packet.

The bow was cut from the Cricut Artiste cartridge and I added a Gold Glitter Gem to the middle of the bow. A sentiment from a retired stamp set was stamped in Pomegranate ink above the beautiful floral paper and now I have a card that could easily be changed up for a birthday or thank you card.

Thank you for checking out my project. If you would like to purchase our featured product of the week or any additional supplies you can buy them here. Featured Products Blog Hop- Dreamin' Big

Hello and welcome to our CTMH Featured Products Blog Hop. This week our featured product is Dreamin' Big.

If you have just joined us you can start here and continue on, as this is a circular hop or if you get lost along the way you can find the complete list at the end of this post.   If you came here from Annette you are in the right place. Now on to my project:

I decided to create three cards using the Dreamiin' Big thin cuts and stamp set bundle, which is on special this month for 25% off!

Here is the full trio- I love the soft Juniper paired with pops of Pomegranate and the woodgrain paper. I used leftover scraps from a previous cardmaking kit to put these together.

The first card uses the sentiment from the stamp set, which I accented with some of the Dreamin' Big Complements.

For the second card, I used the thin cuts for the butterfly and added a trail from a retired stamp set. I also used another sentiment to make this card quite generic and suitable for a variety of uses.

For the third card, I stamped the dragonfly on Juniper cardstock with Juniper ink and then cut it out using the thin cuts. The sentiment is from the Some Kinda Wonderful stamp set. I added some Durable Studs to make this card slightly more masculine.

Thank you for checking out my project. If you would like to purchase our featured product of the week or any additional supplies you can buy them here. If you enjoyed my project please comment below as we love feedback! Next on our blog hop is Donna. Make sure to check out her amazing work featuring this same product.

3x3 Sea Glass Cards

Sea Glass is the colour of the year for Close To My Heart- a beautiful blue designed to go with all of the other CTMH cardstock and ink colours.

I wanted to show how this cardstock could pair with three other colours in our range; Slate, Saffron and Cranberry.

I created these 3x3 cards and added a border of Sea Glass cardstock. The flower was also cut from Sea Glass cardstock using the Flower Market Cricut Cartridge.

I stamped the three sentiments using the stamp sets available in the exclusive September Create Kindness Card Kit and then added a coordinating gem in the centre of each flower using the Grey Enamel Gems, Florence Sequins and Cranberry Fundamentals Assortment.

Now I have three cards ready to go for giving out as RAOK this month.

National Stamping Month Worldwide Blog Hop

Welcome to our September Constant Campaign Blog Hop!  We will be featuring the Create Kindness Card Kits today.

If you have come here from Gina's Blog, you are on the right path! The blog hop is a great big circle, so you can start here and work your way all around.  If you get lost along the way, you’ll find the complete list of participating consultants on Melinda’s Blog.

This month we have over 20 Close To My Heart Consultants sharing their creations using this month's promotion other great CTMH products on their blogs. This is simple to do - just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one! Here we go!

I created this layout using the new Seaglass Cardstock as a background, paired with White Daisy photo mats and a sentiment from the card kit in the middle. I masked the sentiment from the Friends stamp set and added the flowers to the corner as the sentiment needed something else.

I used the card bases and cut them in half to create the perfect 3x squares for my grid layout. The new Pansy colour worked so well with the Seaglass and Lemon!

I also added some embellishments from the All Together Complements to finish the layout.

Now "Hop" on over to Haley's Blog to see her work! Be sure to visit all the Consultants at their Blogs to get some great crafting ideas and other fun ideas! Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #160

Another week's sketch has been released at Atlantic Hearts, and I immediately knew I wanted to do something with big bold flowers.

I also wanted to use up some scraps from the Happy Times Paper Packet, which I think pairs perfectly with flowers!

I Cricut cut the flowers, and added a stamped sentiment from the Someone Special stamp set in White Daisy Ink. I dragged the petals across some Pomegranate inkpad to add some dimension, and the middle flower was also popped up on 3D Foam Tape.

I also added the gold polka dot zip strip from Happy Times, and added some gold circles from the Fundamental Assortment to tie it all together.

We would love for you to join us this week- I always love seeing the different takes on the sketch!

This beautiful paper pack is only available for the month of May, and features 12 sheets of intricately designed patterned paper. You can purchase this paper packet for $25.50NZD, or receive it for FREE with a qualifying order of $95.

This Paper Packet was perfect for scrapbooking a scrapbook retreat I recently went to!

I love the stamp set flowers as they can be layered to create beautiful embellishments for your page.I also used the gold zip strip as a border for my page, as the gold is very striking in real life!

I paired the paper with the Zoe Complements such as this journaling box and speech bubble.

The Create title is from the Adventure Fundamental Stickers, paired with a stamped sentiment.

I used scraps of my paper to create some banners on the page, as these help to draw your eye into the photos.
